Famous poets (and lifelong friends) W. H. Auden and Christopher Isherwood teamed up to write lyrical drama 'The Dog Beneath the Skin'. Set in a sleepy village, it's the story of a man who sets off a mysterious adventure for equally mysterious reasons, across a 1930s Europe where fascism is on the rise. Proud Haddock are reviving this rarely-staged work at Jermyn Street Theatre, in a production directed by Jimmy Walters.
