D H Lawrence's play 'The Daughter-in-Law' is one of his best: it's the story of a marriage that's threatened by secrets from the husband's past, and his mother's determination to confront them, as the 1912 miner's strike simmers on. This production at Arcola Theatre is directed by Jack Gamble, and returns in January 2019 after a successful premiere in 2018.
