Time Out says

After pretty much defining a Victorian yuletide with 'A Christmas Carol', Charles Dickens wrote 'The Chimes' - a much bleaker look at poverty and family. Now, it's getting the musical treatment, in partnership with two homelessness charities.

David Willis and Conor Lineham have adapted Dickens' original to create a haunting piece of theatre, full of original songs. It'll be performed using both professional actors and a community cast of people who've experienced homelessness. Directed by Judith Roberts, in association with Chapter.
