New Royal Court boss Vicky Featherstone's strand of work 'The Big Idea' which opened last year continues with this group of debates, performances and events on the theme of how we negotiate our sex lives. Inspired by the many ideas in Abi Morgan’s 'The Mistress Contract', running concurrently, the programme includes 'Unusual Unions': five new short plays from Frances Ya-Chu Cowhig, Rachel De-lahay, Kieran Hurley, Rebecca Lenkiewicz and Tom Wells which will take place in various locations throughout the theatre - including backstage and front of house. Also part of 'The Big Idea' is a conversation between Nick Payne and Abi Morgan and 'The Big Debate' which brings a panel together, including Libby Purves, Peter Tatchell and Alecky Blythe, to discuss whether we should contract our sex lives. Times and dates vary, see www.royalcourttheatre.com for more information.
