The Alchemist

Young company House on the Hill perform Ben Johnson's comedy in London's first Elizabethan theatre, recently reopened to the public. Lovewit is forced to flee Victorian London from a cholera epidemic leaving Face, Dol and Subtle to use his house as their headquarters. This adaptation takes its inspiration from Victorian magicians, secret societies and the occult.
