Siobhan Davies Studios

Opened in 2006, this award-winning studio was designed in consultation with dancers to ensure that the building met their needs. Consequently, dance fans can find a melting pot of events, classes, workshops and themed exhibitions. Expect challenging, varied works here that not only explore contemporary dance, but the way in which the art form interfaces with other disciplines from visual art to architecture. Davies, who founded her own company in 1988, often explores different spaces beyond this beautiful theatre, so be sure to check with the venue for her performances before setting out.
