Shakespeare In Shoreditch

RIFT brought us Shakespeare in the Balfron Tower recently, but now takes the Bard all over east London with this new festival that celebrates our national writer's connection to the area. In ten locations around Shoreditch, plays and poetry will be staged over two weeks. Ten writers including Brad Birch, Rebecca Lenkiewicz and Sabrina Mahfouz have been commissioned to re-interpret Shakespeare's characters, while a game will be staged across the area to help you discover Shakespeare's stories of the area. Ages 12-plus.
