Rigoletto

Verdi's painfully moving opera about a father's suffocating love for his daughter and its tragic consequences is put in the hands of director Lindsay Posner. Robert Poulton takes the part of Rigoletto, the hunchbacked court jester, Julia Sporsén plays his daughter Gilda, Jaewoo Kim is the Duke while Graeme Broadbent sings the role of Sparafucile. Stuart Stratford conducts the City of London Sinfonia.
