Rehab the Musical

This musical about a ’90s pop star who goes into rehab assuming it’ll be a breeze but finds it’s anything but played a stint at the lowkey Playground Theatre in 2022. Now it’s back for an extended run at now central London events space and cafe Neon 194. Written by Grant Black and Britpop poet Murray Lachlan Young with a book by Elliot Davis, the Gary Lloyd-directed show has a weirdly eclectic cast that includes Keith Allen and late-’80s/early-’90s soul sensation Mica Paris.
