Oh What a Lovely War

Joan Littlewood and the Theatre Workshop’s landmark musical satire of the First World War is back as a touring production from Blackeyed Theatre that will call in at Southwark Playhouse for three weeks. It doesn’t sound like a radical reinvention is in order, but it remains a singular work of theatre (with some banging tunes).
