Mansfield Park

To replace the Philip Glass's cancelled opera, Summer Heritage Opera presents the world premiere production of 'Mansfield Park' by Jonathan Dove. Director Michael McCaffery steers a cast of ten singers through Dove and librettist Alasdair Middleton's dream-like vision of the stifling world of Regency High Society, which perfectly captures all the wit and pith of Jane Austen's original creation. Cast includes John Rawnsley, Nuala Willis, Nicholas Sales, Thomas Eaglen, Serenna Wagner, Sarah Helsby Hughes, Eloise Routledge, Paloma Bruce, Darren Clarke and Birgit Rohowska.
