The great Japanese director Yukio Ninagawa may have sadly passed away, but his work lives on after him. His seminal, symbolism-drenched production of Shakespeare's 'Macbeth' – which relocated The Scottish Play to sixteenth century Japan and a tale of warring samurai– made the company's name. In its thirtieth anniversary, it's restaged again in honour of Ninagawa's recent passing. In Japanese with English surtitles.
