Time Out says

Opera Holland Park opens its season with a new production of Donizetti's tragedy based on the novel by Walter Scott. But Lucia loves family rival, Edgardo Ravenswood, and personal and political strife ensues leading to a dreadful conclusion. Stars Elvira Fatykhova (Lucia), Aldo Di Toro (Edgardo), David Stephenson (Enrico) and Aled Hall (Arturo). Best known for Lucia's mad scene, this lyrical score is the epitome of bel canto tragedy.
