Love on Trial

Ovalhouse celebrates its half century with 'Counterculture 50', a collection of five new pieces of work, each dealing with a different decade and a different facet of counter-cultural expression from the experimental theatre's 50-year history. In the fourth piece, Bilimankhwe Arts cross Stanley Kenani's original story of illegal homosexuality in Malawi with the press frenzy around the arrest of George Michael for 'lewd conduct' in the '90s.
