Time Out says

This show's got an unwieldy citrus-based title but its appeal is pretty straightforward: it's a bittersweet story of two people trying to communicate in a dystopian world where each citizen can only say 140 words a day. The original run of 'Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons' was one of the standout hits of the 2017 Edinburgh fringe. Now, Sam Steiner's play is getting a new production at Barons' Court Theatre, made by First Floor Presents, directed by Hamish Clayton, and starring Jemima Murphy and Frank Kerr.
