Massenet's one-act opera, telling of an aristocratic young man's forbidden love for a poor girl, is presented by the latest intake of Jette Parker Young Artists. Geoffrey Patterson conducts the Southbank Sinfonia. (Presented along with a recital of Berlioz's song-cycle 'Les Nuits d'été'.)
