Time Out says

The colourful, raucous and completely free two-day showcase of theatre, dance, and fun and games returns to Greenwich on June 22-23 2019 as part of the Greenwich and Docklands International festival (GDIF). UK and international companies will take over Old Royal Naval College and the Cutty Sark Gardens with a riot of family-friendly outdoor events.

This year's Greenwich Fair line-up is full of free outdoor art from companies across Europe, including impressive feats from French acrobats Collectif Bigbinôme, living painting 'Pasture With Cows' by Belgian artists Captain Boomer Collective, interactive wooden games from Catalan carpenters Toc de Fusta, mysterious wandering 'i-Puppets' from the Netherlands, and 'Fantabulosa!', a dress-up drag queen show for kids.
