Lisa Lintott’s play expores the life of Frankie Lucas, a Black British boxer who found success at home in the ’70s, but competed for St Vincent and the Grenadines at the 1974 Commonwealth Games after being passed over for Team GB for transparently racist reasons. Philip J Morris and Xanthus co-direct.
