South London poet, lyricist and playwright Kate Tempest is making quite a name for herself with her muscular, bleakly beautiful writing - her first play, 'Wasted', was a hit last year, her play 'Brand New Ancients' won the Ted Hughes prize for poetry and her piece on the theme of homelessness for Cardboard Citizens returns to London now. This is 'forum theatre' - in the second half, audiences are asked to stop the action and influence the play's ending. ages 14-plus.
