Collaborators Alain Platel and Frank Van Laecke follow up their Olivier Award-nominated production 'Gardenia' with a new performance that explores the power of making a joyful noise. Actors and dancers are joined by a full-scale brass band, who are celebrating their dying trombonist in his final rehearsal.
The brass band becomes a raucous society-in-miniature, all trying to march to the same tune, in a moving performance set to composer Steven Prengels' music, and compositions by Holst and Strauss.
