Time Out says

A double-bill from veteran Scottish playwright John McKay, that pairs his 1988 comic hit ‘Dead Dad Dog’ with a brand new sequel, ‘Sunny Boy’. Both follow hero Alexander Dudee aka Eck: in the first play he’s negotiating being a horny young thing about Edinburgh while being haunted by the ghost of his Hoover salesman dad; in the sequel it’s 2023 and Eck is older than his dad was when he died, and has a horny 22-year-old son of his own. Liz Carruthers directs both parts.
