Day of the Living

We Light Up The House turn the Day of the Dead inside out by focusing on those missing presumed alive. An ensemble of Mexican and UK actor-musicians create a vigil for the victims who have disappeared but not yet been found. Infusing the dark carnival spirit of the Mexican holiday, this work in progress will entwine live music and masks to pay homage to the living and the dead.
