Casa: Tryo Teatro Banda: La Araucana

As part of the CASA Latin American Theatre festival, Chile's leading touring theatre company Tryo Teatro Banda perform 'La Araucana' about the Spanish renaissance soldier-poet Alonso de Ercilla. Told with Commedia Dell'Arte story telling, four actor-musicians perform a playfully subversive version of De Ercilla's poem 'La Araucaniad'. Performed in Spanish with English surtitles. Ages 12+.
