First performed in 1936, Irwin Shaw's expressionist anti-war play is the story of six soldiers who stand up in their graves and refuse to be buried. It's revived for the first time in decades at Finborough Theatre this Autumn, in line with the centenary of the end of WWI. Rafaella Marcus directs.
