E.M. Forster's novel is a deft insight into the injustices of colonial India. This new adaptation by Simon Dormandy uses physical theatre techniques to bring it to the stage, with an atmospheric live soundtrack by composer Kuljit Bhamra.
'A Passage to India' is produced by simple8, who've masterminded a host of witty, imaginative adaptations of classics, including 'Don't Sleep There Are Snakes'. It's calling in at Churchill Theatre and then Park Theatre after a regional tour.
