Time Out says

This light, calm warehouse space is a lovely refuge from the hustle and bustle of Hackney’s nearby Mare Street. It offers not only yoga, but massages and other therapeutic treatments. Yoga classes – that limit participant numbers to ensure that everyone has ample space to stretch – focus on enhancing relaxation and inner balance, as well as physical improvement. You may come for improved flexibility and muscle tone (and you'll almost certainly leave with it, if you stick with your practise) but founder Elizabeth Garvey (whose perfect yogi physique may serve as a motivation in itself) promises you'll leave with a sense of peace and wellbeing too. If the weather is good, she may uproot the class to the nearby park.

Thai massage, Reiki and Ayurvedic massage are available in a comfortable annexe to the main yoga space. We tried a blissful 60-minute Thai massage with an experienced therapist whose healing hands left us feeling renewed. Prices are very reasonable, too, from £45 for a 1-hour massage. London Fields Yoga also has a sauna, and offers daylight therapy and free meditation classes.
