Short attention span? You won’t have time to get bored at Islington Boat Club’s stand-up paddleboarding class, SUP Fit. The two-hour session includes 30 minutes of HIIT training in the park, a 60-minute ‘power paddle’ and a 15-minute yoga sesh on your paddleboard, before breakfast on the club’s boat.
