Using the Lifelog app, the waterproof SmartWatch 3 captures your activity data with its built-in accelerometer, compass, gyro and GPS sensors. Use it to track how far you run or walk, your routes and calorie burn, so you can sync this data with your smartphone or tablet later.

Interface by voice, touch and gesture makes it easy to respond to texts, messages and emails without missing a step, syncing with your smartphone so you can leave your mobile at home when you go for a run. It also has 4GB of memory for your music, so you can run to the beat via wi-fi headphones.

The Sony SmartBand Talk is ideal for making your fitness routine part of every day. Keep moving even when you want to take calls or make calls. The SmartBand Talk has an easily activated multifunction key and built-in microphone and speaker, plus it vibrates for emails, calls, updates and calendar events, allowing you to stay connected on your run.

The Lifelog app also allows your SmartBand Talk to interact with your smartphone to automatically record your daily activity. The SmartBand Talk is also completely waterproof to a depth of 1.5m for up to 30 minutes, and has a two-day standard-use battery life.
