Wild Guitars

Opened in 1996, Wild Guitars specialises in rare, vintage and often bizarre second-hand guitars, amps, effects and echo machines. Dave Wild – owner, ex-guitar- and guitar repair-man – opened his shop with the intention of providing a service for professional musicians, and WG remains a firm favourite with north London’s rock aristos (including members of Coldplay, Babyshambles and Pink Floyd). Expect HiWatt, old Vox, Selmer, Gibson, Fender and Epiphones, and but stock moves quickly and new pieces are coming in all the time, so for a full list of what’s in stock, take a look at the regularly updated website.
