The Subculture Archives (CLOSED)

Head to Carnaby Street to check out this new pop-up exhibition and shop charting 50 years of British youth culture. From mods, skinheads, punks and goths to ravers and grime kids every tribe of young people finding new ways to express themselves is represented. Set up by the Youth Club photo archive, the shop is full of prints, books pamphlets and counter-cultural bits and bobs, produced for the most part by independent artists and organisations. Downstairs is an events space, which will be hosting free takeover exhibitions, daytime raves, talks and documentary screenings.
