A family-run business since 1972, Ray Man sells a unique variety of traditional instruments from all over Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America. More recognisable items such as sitars and darbuka drums share the space with Chinese zithers and Indian fiddles. There are also several smaller and more affordable objects such as the Vietnamese frog box and Indian monkey drums, tam tam and nipple gongs, singing bowls, bells, cymbals and shakers. The Vietnamese jaw harps (as heard on Morricone's Spaghetti Western soundtracks) fit nicely into your pocket. Ray Man also runs a service that tracks down specialist overseas instruments.
