From the masculine, industrial style blue and silver storefront, it’s easy to identify Mendoza as a predominantly menswear store They’ve been a Brick Lane fixture since 2003, and base all their designs on classic tailoring, namely from the ‘60s and ‘70s. Prices range from £100-£400 and nothing is one-of-a-kind, but there are only 10-20 of each item and clearly as much love and care goes into the exquisite quality as it does in displaying them, as there’s a consistent theme in the neat little shop, from the tweed changing rooms to the dapper chap at the till.
