As well as selling pianos, this family-run business has been providing restoration, polishing and tuning services for over 100 years. Pianos from the British manufacturer Kemble are sold alongside Bechstein’s high-end professional uprights and grands. Other brands include Yamaha, Waldstein, Steingraeber, Petrof and Bösendorfer. Designer pieces from makers like Sauter and Pleyel cost well into the thousands, although there are plenty from around £500. The store sells a number of pre-owned models that have been fully examined and set-up, with necessary parts being replaced and any repairs, such as casework damage, being dealt with by their own repairers and polishers.
