Hoss Intropia’s Regent Street flagship proved so successful that the Spanish label opened a second shop in Sloane Square in autumn 2007, and a third in Covent Garden in spring 2010. It seems London can’t get enough of the brand’s individual, wearable designs. Expect clothing characterised by unusual fabrics, contrasting prints and vibrant colours. As well as useful basics, collections boast fantastic dresses: look out for short and sassy sequined mini-dresses, full-length silk gowns, smocks and knitted dresses. Other recent highlights have included elegant black, beaded, pleated funnel-neck coats. Attention to detail is paramount, hence the use of hand embroidery, sequins, stones and beading. Prices vary considerably – a simple dress or trousers can be had for as little as £60 to £70, but more elaborate pieces are over £300. The accessories range has expanded significantly, with shoes, bags, watches and jewellery.
