Shoreditch's favourite dance and fitness studio is offering a week-long Reboot Camp - basically a fully–supported food and fitness regime designed to detox the body and reset the mind. Participants start off by learning about the benefits of fasting and cleansing with Emma Wood (all juices are conveniently included), and then follow up with a Reboot yoga workshop. In phase two, participants create a realistic meal plan with qualified nutritionst Libby Limon, and are also expected to attend five Frame fitness, dance or yoga classes over the following six days. You'll feel the burn, that's for sure. And don't worry if you don't live in Shoreditch, the classes can also be taken at Frame's Queen's Park branch.
