As Abercrombie and Fitch recently found out, (when their proposal to turn no.3 into one of their cheesy flagships was abruptly rebuffed) the chaps of Savile Row don’t take too kindly to newcomers. However, while the American, hunk-manned chain was as out of place as a Reebok Classic in a gentleman’s club, this modern tailoring establishment should fit in rather nicely. In fact, founders James Sleater and Ian Meiers, have gone one step further than their neighbours and installed a 200 year old loom to make their own fabric, meaning the most bespoke suits known to man. That’ll show ‘em.
