Beyond Retro Halloween Evening with Jessica Stanley

Talented Westminster University graduate and mix media artist Jessica Stanley will be hanging out in Beyond Retro's Dalston store tonight, exhibiting her work at at their Halloween evening. Drawing inspiration from street arts and graphics, Jessica is known for harnessing walls and floors to create work that replicates the sensation of being bombarded with information and advertising. Aiming to 'bring light and life to blank spaces wherever and whenever she can' Jessica will exhibit 12 of her 8ft by 4ft paintings, as well as painting live on the night. All of her work will be available for purchase and at just £95 each, you could walk away with your own piece of contemporary art. On top of this, Beyond Retro will be digging out its range of Halloween costumes and accessories as well as spooky drinks, music and some gruesome makeovers to help you find the perfect terrifying outfit. A fancy dress up competition will also be running in store, with the chance to win £50 to spend at Beyond Retro, so get down there to construct your most frightening ensemble.
