They've got a few branches across the world, and this Cranbourn Street location is one of three in London. Born from a love of Thai street food stalls, the concept here is simple: construct your dish from three components before watching them come together in the wok.
Each dish comprises three parts. The first is the base: vegetables, rice or noodles. You then add ingredients such as chicken, tofu, broccoli, cashews or shiitake mushrooms. Then it's on to your sauce, with Shanghai (black beans and soy), Hong Kong (sweet and sour) and Bangkok (curry coconut) some of the choices. You can also add toppings like peanuts, fried onions or coriander.
Drinks include recognisable fizzy options, as well as a Thai iced tea.
