This street-food spot on Old Compton Street whips up pan-Asian stir-fries to order. Presumably the name comes from their speed and expertise, though don't be surprised to see flames when cooking, too. It looks like it does brisk trade with those grabbing lunch to take away.
The three-step menu format looks pretty simple: choose a base (various noodles, rice or a veg combo); add bulk from meats, vegetables, bamboo shoots, cashew nuts and pineapple; and finish with a sauce such as black beans and soy, sweet and sour, teriyaki, peanut or oyster. Toppings include peanuts, fried garlic, fried onions, sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
Everything is then stir-fried to order, with seats to sit on, should you want to settle in.
