There's more to this independent coffee shop than merely the bean. Still, the espressos, flat whites and macchiatos made by an impressive bit of La Marzocco kit certainly play an important role in its popularity. Things are kept fresh by regularly rotating the coffee - picked from top roasters across the world.
Savoury food items comprise breakfast bits and bobs and sandwiches such as a brioche bun with parmesan chicken and fig sauce. It's the sweeter options, though, that perhaps do the most brisk business - think macarons, red velvet cupcakes, pastéis de nata, carrot cakes and cookies.
The view out across the marina is pretty peachy, too - keep an eye out for the royal barge, Gloriana, parked close by. It was the lead veseel in the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pagaent, don't you know.
