Golf, wine and food combine at this new restaurant and bar on the Greenwich Peninsula. The hacks, hooks, duffs and divots come by way of a 60-bay driving range complete with coffee tables, sofas and table service - as well as all the usual golf-ball-thwacking essentials, of course.
Food and drink wise there's a focus on wine, with more than 600 bottles available - many of which are served by the glass, too (we've already spotted a couple of outstanding bargains, so keep an eye out for those). Private tastings, talks, showcases and tailor-made wine experiences are also on offer.
There's a global feel to the food menu, with dishes such as foie gras terrine with sourdough bread and pickles, crispy duck teriyaki salad and pan fried sea trout with a kalamata olive and caper dressing alongside cuttlefish stew, vegetarian moussaka and iberico pork with chimichurri and hand-cut chips. Burgers, charcuterie platters and cheese boards also feature.
