The Neapolitan owners of Via Caracciolo remain true to their home city by creating pizzas using DOP (protected designation of origin) ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes from the slopes of Vesuvius, San Daniele ham, smoked provola and extra virgin olive oil, and baking them in their wood-fired oven. Under the same roof, they offer two-hour pizza-making classes, such is the owners' enthusiasm.
