Ed and Tom Martin's first London venture - their ETM group now boasts eight more venues across the capital - is a gastropub still proving popular with those in Clerkenwell.
There's a good array of draught and bottled beers and ciders (20 in total), complementing a wine list with an old world slant and bottles starting at £19. The food ranges from truffled celeriac soup served with mushroom tortellini to pan-fried fillet of Peterhead cod with brown crab croquettes, seashore vegetables and a chive butter sauce.
There's a weekly quiz night too, alongside occasional special events.
