Under the direction of celebrated Michelin-starred chef, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, The Game Bird is inspired by great seasonal, British produce and the bustle of historic St James’s. Together, Lisa and Executive Chef Jozef Rogulski have created a menu overflowing with an innovative combination of familiar favourites and delicious surprises.
Simplicity and elegance lead the way; enjoy the finest seasonal ingredients, in simple yet creative dishes, with relaxed, attentive service, in a stylish and comfortable setting. At The Game Bird, we’re dedicated to bringing only the very best British produce to the table.
The newly launched afternoon tea at The Stafford London includes dainty finger sandwiches and delicious homemade sweet and savoury scones, accompanied by a selection of seasonal cakes and pastries, all served table-side from our bespoke, handcrafted trolley for an added sense of theatre and occasion. To accompany the sweets and savouries, choose from a fine choice of from Camellia’s Tea House, or for those wishing to celebrate in style, enjoy a chilled glass of Champagnes from the extensive wine list. Available to book daily from 12-5:30pm, and priced at £70pp.
