First, there was the Cheese Truck, next there was The Cheese Bar at Camden Stables Market, and then there was Seven Dials' Pick & Cheese (the 'world's first' cheese conveyor belt restaurant). Now, Mathew Carver and his cheesy team are set to open their latest venture: The Cheese Barge. That's right, a cheese-focused restaurant on a boat, permanently moored at Paddington's Grand Union Canal. Like the other eateries, this one will knock out dishes made from British cheese (Cropwell Bishop Stilton, anyone?) with a selection of natural wines. Only, this time, you'll be on a boat.
