This communal dining space at Borough Market is crammed with about 20 traders, including Rudie’s Jerk Shack with its marinated chicken; Mimo and its Basque pintxos; Brindisa and its Spanish fare; and Nana Fanny's, which bashes out salt beef bagels and sandwiches. Opened to celebrate 21 years of the modern retail market – this site dates at least as far back as the 12th century – nearly one third of ingredients will be sourced locally.
