Both the food and drink at this soulful Camden venue are influenced by America's South, and the live music follows suit. Expect, then, a fair bit of jazz, soul and blues providing the soundtrack to the bites and booze.
The food menu could hardly be more Deep South. Dishes range from pulled pork with grit cakes, BBQ shrimps with biscuits and Louisiana crab cakes to crawfish and catfish gumbo, shrimp and chicken jambalaya, buttermilk fried chicken and blackened catfish with garlic prawns and a creole salad. Ribs, wings, steaks and burgers round things off.
Keep an eye out for the 'blues brunch', with traditional Souther brunches served to live blues and jazz.
