Time Out says

There’s a lot to love about this restaurant and bar right at the top of the Now Building, next to Tottenham Court Road Tube station. The modern-Chinese cooking is superb, the glitzy decor is proper talking-point stuff (the cherry blossom garden is incredible), and the cocktails very drinkable indeed. But you don’t need to take our word for it when Dan Akroyd (yep, the Dan Akroyd) is a fan:

‘These guys seriously know how to make a statement, incredible Chinese-style food and their rooftop bar serves a Skull Candy cocktail that’s packs a punch, served in the Crystal Head skull, it arrives smoking. I’ve heard the brunches are where the party’s at, but I leave that to the kids these days.’

It’s one of five UK outposts from the Tattu group, with other locations in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Manchester, but it looks like they’ve pulled out all the stops for their London launch. Keep an eye out for some great special events, and head down for lunch for some high-quality cooking with serious value.

Tattu London says
Located in central London, sitting proudly on the rooftop of the Now building, Tattu London offers scintillating views of the city.

Tattu delivers contemporary Chinese cuisine, fusing traditional flavours with modern cooking methods and exquisite presentation to create a unique and exciting dining experience. Every detail of your Tattu London experience has been intricately curated with the intent of delivering an elevated experience like none other.

Inspired by the traditional Chinese Courtyard House, a historic structure in which four residences would surround a beautiful central garden, blending residential opulence with the true beauty of the outside world.

A guardian ‘spirit screen’ sits at the entrance portal to our courtyard dwelling, depicting our four mythical Tattu creatures; the Phoenix, Koi Carp, Dragon and Tiger. Each one of our distinct dining spaces epitomises the nature of the animal it is associated with. Unwind in The Opposite House, our flamboyant bar and sky terrace, where ornate bird cages are home to the fiery Phoenix. Dine in the Koi inhabited Western Residence, its water-like reflective surfaces and pearlescent details, a haven of serenity. Revel in the Main Residence, abode to the Tiger, its commanding presence eminent in the regal and bold fabrics. Each Residence opens onto the stunning Inner Courtyard, the jewel-toned Dragon’s lair, complete with undulating scales and charred timber beams, the protector of our signature cherry blossom garden.
