There's a beach-cum-nautical theme to this bar and grill in Fulham - think driftwood tables, portholes on the loo doors, mooring ropes for effect and banquettes kitted out in blue and white stripes. The basement lounge, games room and sometime-cinema room is called the Lower Deck.
The food menu focuses on Italian small plates. Expect bruschetta, arancini and piadina flatbreads alongside salads, pasta dishes and 'piattini' - Italian tapas options here including meatballs in tomato sauce, and frittatas of courgette, potato and onion. Heartier options like burgers, fillet steaks and mixed seafood platters come from the grill.
A short wine list and beers by the bottle stick to Italy. Cocktails range from frozen mojitos and pina coladas to the Spiaggia sunrise (Aperol, Grey Goose vodka, elderflower syrup and prosecco) and a virgin shirley temple. A Pac Man gets you a few free goes in the downstairs games room.
