Sourdough Sophia is a pink sourdough bakery based in Crouch End and Angel, Islington.
We make the most delicious sourdough bread, hand laminated pastries, generously filled sandwiches and sweet and savoury treats.
We were born in a tiny dining room during lockdown and have been a truly community backed bakery from the start.
